CIRCULAR 2026/9 The sub-article numbered 2.6.1.5.3, which includes the provision in the article titled "2.6- Monthly Premium and Service Document or Summary and Premium Service Declaration" of the Administrative Monetary Penalty Circular numbered 2020/8 dated 1/4/2020, stating that "In the original and additional types of monthly premium and service documents that can be processed either voluntarily or ex officio by the Institution outside the legal period, if the number of premium payment days and the earnings subject to premium of all insured persons registered are zero, no administrative monetary penalty will be applied," has been repealed as of the monthly premium and service document/summary and premium service declaration for the period of April 2026.
