As known, in our General Letter dated 10.06.2026 and numbered 141176935, it has been stated that the software studies for querying debts according to the bank debt query method, provided that the debt query date and the date on which the query is based are the same day, have been completed for the e-Debt Non-Existence System used by our institution's personnel and employers, as well as the debt inquiry web service used by the Public Procurement Authority.

In this context, the updates made in the e-Debt Non-Existence application were opened for pilot use in Eskişehir province as of 15.06.2026 and in İzmir province as of 29.06.2026, and the necessary development processes have been completed as of 07.09.2026 based on incoming requests.

In this regard, the updated e-Debt Non-Existence System according to the bank debt inquiry method and the debt inquiry web service used by the Public Procurement Authority will be opened for use throughout Turkey as of the end of the working day on 17.09.2026, and the matters stated in our General Letter dated 10.06.2026 and numbered 141176935 must be meticulously fulfilled.
