Announcement Regarding the Submission of VAT Declarations in the E-Declaration System

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING VALUE ADDED TAX DECLARATIONS (KDV1, KDV2, KDV2B, KDV4, KDV9015)

Within the scope of the “e-Declaration” application initiated by our Presidency to renew the “Electronic Declaration Application” with new, updated, and open-source software, the “Value Added Tax Declarations (KDV1, KDV2, KDV2B, KDV4, KDV9015)” will be expanded to include Ankara, Kocaeli, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Trabzon, Malatya, Osmaniye, Adıyaman, Batman, Rize, Şırnak, Bitlis, Bingöl, Siirt, Kilis, Hakkari, Tunceli, and Bayburt provinces starting from the July 2026 period (from 1/8/2026), in addition to the provinces previously included in the pilot scope.

With the addition of these eighteen new provinces, “Value Added Tax Declarations (KDV1, KDV2, KDV2B, KDV4, KDV9015)” will be collected from all our provinces except Istanbul through the new e-Declaration system.

By clicking on the icon related to the user title located in the upper right corner of the main page of the e-Declaration application, detailed explanations regarding the pages of value added tax declarations can be accessed by sequentially clicking on the headings “Help -> e-Declaration Documents -> Start Now”.
