Important Announcement Regarding Value Added Tax Declarations (KDV1, KDV2, KDV2B, KDV4, KDV9015)

Our Presidency has initiated the 'e-Declaration' application within the scope of the 'Electronic Declaration Application' aimed at renewing the new, updated, and open-source software for the 'Value Added Tax Declarations (KDV1, KDV2, KDV2B, KDV4, KDV9015)' starting from 1/9/2025 for the August 2025 declaration period in the pilot provinces of Eskişehir and Kırıkkale, starting from 1/11/2025 for the October 2025 declaration period in the provinces of Konya and Muğla, and starting from the December 2025 declaration period in the provinces of Afyonkarahisar, Bursa, Kırıkkale, and Yalova for taxpayers subject to the specified tax types.

Within the scope of the project, in order to expand the scope of the pilot application, the 'Value Added Tax Declarations (KDV1, KDV2, KDV2B, KDV4, KDV9015)' will also be taken through the e-Declaration application for taxpayers subject to the specified tax types in the provinces of Bartın, Bilecik, Karabük, Karaman, Amasya, Burdur, Bolu, Kastamonu, Niğde, and Yozgat starting from 1/4/2026 for the March 2026 period.

Taxpayers in the provinces of Bartın, Bilecik, Karabük, Karaman, Amasya, Burdur, Bolu, Kastamonu, Niğde, and Yozgat who are subject to the specified tax types must submit their declarations for the March 2026 and subsequent periods using the Value Added Tax Declarations titled '0015-KDV1, 4017-KDV2, 4018-KDV2B, 0016-KDV4, and 9015-KDV9015' under the '+ New Declaration' button by accessing the 'e-Declaration' application through the Digital Tax Office.

In addition, it will be possible for professionals to submit the declarations of their taxpayers in the provinces included in the pilot application through the 'e-Declaration' system via integration (web service) starting from the March 2026 taxation period if their accounting programs are integrated into the e-Declaration system (all information and documents required for integration have been shared with the accounting programs requesting integration).

By clicking on the icon related to the user title located in the upper right corner of the main page of the e-Declaration application, detailed explanations regarding the pages of the value-added tax declarations can be accessed by sequentially clicking on the headings 'Help -> e-Declaration Documents -> Get Started'.
