Important Announcement Regarding Temporary Tax Declarations

As the Revenue Administration, we have launched the 'e-Declaration' application to provide better service to taxpayers, adapt to technological innovations, and ensure that declarations can be submitted more easily, quickly, uninterruptedly, and securely with new, updated, and open-source software.

Taxpayers who wish to review and test the declarations can log into the 'e-Declaration Test' module via the Digital Tax Office to conduct their tests regarding the Income Temporary Tax and Corporate Temporary Tax Declarations.

The Income Temporary Tax and Corporate Temporary Tax Declarations for the taxation period of July-September 2026, which are required to be submitted as of 1.10.2026, will be implemented as a pilot application for those with tax liabilities in Afyonkarahisar, Eskişehir, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, and Kırşehir.

In the mentioned provinces, taxpayers with tax liabilities in the specified tax types are required to submit their declarations for the periods of July-September 2026 and the following periods through the 'e-Declaration' application by accessing the Digital Tax Office and using the ' + New Declaration' button under the Income Temporary Tax and Corporate Temporary Tax Declarations.

Additionally, for the declarations of their taxpayers in the provinces included in the pilot application, professionals can submit them through the 'e-Declaration' system as of 1/10/2026 via integration (web service) if their accounting programs are integrated with the e-Declaration system (all necessary information and documents for integration have been shared with the accounting programs that requested integration).

By clicking on the icon related to the user title located in the upper right corner of the main page of the e-Declaration application, detailed explanations regarding the pages of the Income Temporary Tax and Corporate Temporary Tax Declarations can be accessed by sequentially clicking on the headings 'Help -> e-Declaration Documents -> Get Started'.
