Decision on the Redetermination of the State Share Included in Article 49 of the Law No. 4447 on Unemployment Insurance (Decision No: 11258)

PRESIDENTIAL DECISION Decision No: 11258

It has been decided to enforce the attached Decision regarding the redetermination of the State share included in Article 49 of the Law No. 4447 on Unemployment Insurance, in accordance with the relevant provision of the mentioned Law.

ANNEX TO THE PRESIDENTIAL DECISION DATED 29/4/2026 AND NO. 11258

ARTICLE 1- (1) The State share to be taken in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 49 of the Law No. 4447 on Unemployment Insurance dated 25/8/1999 is determined as 0.5%.

ARTICLE 2- (1) This Decision shall enter into force at the beginning of the month following its publication date.

ARTICLE 3- (1) The President shall execute the provisions of this Decision.
