Extension of the Due Date for SGK Debts

SGK: The due date for SGK premiums and other debts has been extended to 31.03.2026.

Due to the updates made in the Financial Automation System (MOSIP) infrastructure where the institution's accounting transactions are conducted, there have been delays in accessing some services.

Due to the delays that have occurred, the payment deadline for the current period insurance premium debts, restructuring/installment/6183-48th article installment debts, all other debts, and debts incurred under the 5510 Law and relevant laws (including those made under Law No. 3201) and debts within the scope of revival, which are due on 31/03/2026, has been extended until 07/04/2026 at 23:59, and payments made until this date will be considered as made within the legal period.

It is important to pay the relevant debts by the specified date in order to continue benefiting from insurance premium incentives and supports, to avoid late fees and interest due to unpaid premiums, and to not violate the restructuring payment plans.
