Important Announcement Regarding Value Added Tax Declarations (KDV1, KDV2, KDV2B, KDV4, KDV9015) has been initiated by our Presidency within the scope of the “e-Declaration” application launched to renew the “Electronic Declaration Application” with new, updated, and open-source software, starting from the declarations for the period of August 2025 in the pilot provinces of Eskişehir and Kırıkkale as of 1/9/2025, starting from the declarations for the period of October 2025 in the provinces of Konya and Muğla as of 1/11/2025, starting from the declarations for the period of December 2025 in the provinces of Afyonkarahisar, Bursa, Kırıkkale, and Yalova, starting from the period of March 2026 in the provinces of Bartın, Bilecik, Karabük, Karaman, Amasya, Burdur, Bolu, Kastamonu, Niğde, and Yozgat, and starting from the period of April 2026 in the provinces of İzmir, Adana, Gaziantep, and Mersin for those liable for the specified tax types.

Within the scope of the project, in order to expand the scope of the pilot application, the “Value Added Tax Declarations (KDV1, KDV2, KDV2B, KDV4, KDV9015)” will also be taken through the e-Declaration application for taxpayers liable for the specified tax types in the provinces of Antalya, Kayseri, Manisa, and Kütahya starting from the period of May 2026 as of 1/6/2026.

Taxpayers in the provinces of Antalya, Kayseri, Manisa, and Kütahya liable for the specified tax types must submit their declarations for May 2026 and subsequent periods using the Value Added Tax Declarations titled “0015-KDV1, 4017-KDV2, 4018-KDV2B, 0016-KDV4, and 9015-KDV9015” under the “+ New Declaration” button by accessing the “e-Declaration” application through the Digital Tax Office.

Additionally, declarations of taxpayers in the provinces covered by the pilot application can be submitted through the “e-Declaration” system via integration (web service) starting from the taxation period of May 2026 if the accounting programs they use are integrated into the e-Declaration system (all information and documents required for integration have been shared with the accounting programs requesting integration).

By clicking on the icon related to the user title located at the top right corner of the main page of the e-Declaration application, detailed explanations regarding the pages of value-added tax declarations can be accessed by sequentially clicking on the headings “Help -> e-Declaration Documents -> Start Now.”
