Temporary Tax Declarations for Income and Corporate Taxpayers Opened for Application in E-Declaration was announced on 1/9/2026 on the website digital.gib.gov.tr, stating that the Income Temporary Tax and Corporate Temporary Tax Declarations for the taxation period of July-September 2026, which are required to be submitted as of 1/10/2026, will be opened for application within the scope of a pilot program for those liable for the specified tax types in Afyonkarahisar, Eskişehir, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, and Kırşehir.

As the Revenue Administration, in order to provide better quality service to our taxpayers, adapt to technological innovations, and ensure that declarations can be submitted more easily, quickly, uninterruptedly, and securely, the 'Electronic Declaration Application' (e-Declaration) project has been initiated, and the Income Temporary Tax and Corporate Temporary Tax Declarations have started to be received from the e-Declaration system for our taxpayers in Afyonkarahisar, Eskişehir, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, and Kırşehir.

In this context, as of 1/10/2026 (for the taxation period of July-September 2026), the declaration to be received from the e-Declaration system will continue to use the e-Declaration (BDP) System for declarations related to previous periods.
