NOTICE: Regarding the Obligation of Enterprises Holding an Industrial Registration Certificate to Submit Annual Business Statements.

As it is known, according to Article 5 of Law No. 6948, enterprises holding an industrial registration certificate are required to electronically submit the 'Annual Business Statement' containing information about their activities for the previous year within the first four months of each year; between January 1 and April 30, using the 'Industrial Registration Transactions' application available on the e-government website.

To enter the annual business statement, enterprises must have an active UETS (National Electronic Notification System) registration obtained from PTT.

Enterprises holding an industrial registration certificate that do not submit the annual business statement electronically within the deadline will be subject to an administrative fine of 15,029 (fifteen thousand twenty-nine) TL in 2026, according to Article 9 of Law No. 6948.

It is important for enterprises holding an industrial registration certificate to fulfill their obligation to submit the annual business statement without leaving it to the last days due to potential congestion.

Additionally, according to the new industrial registration regulation that will come into effect on April 14, 2026; the validity of the industrial registration certificate is contingent upon the submission of the annual business statement by the enterprise.

Only enterprises holding an industrial registration certificate with an up-to-date validity date will benefit from the rights and exemptions provided by the certificate.

Enterprises that do not fulfill the obligation to submit the annual business statement will not have a valid industrial registration certificate.
